Allium cernuum is a BULB growing to 0.5 m by 0.3 m .
It is hardy to zone 6 and is not frost tender. It is in leaf from February to December, in flower from June to July. The species is hermaphrodite and is pollinated by Bees, insects.
Suitable for: light , medium and heavy soils and prefers well-drained soil. Suitable pH: acid, neutral and basic soils. It cannot grow in the shade. It prefers moist soil and can tolerate drought. The plant can tolerate maritime exposure.
